Quick Installation Guides

How GoFloor Vinyl is Installed

GoFloor planks can be fitted easily over concrete screeds, existing tiles, or wooden subfloors. We recommend these standard stages:

01. Subfloor Preparation

Ensure the concrete floor is completely dry, free of dust, and leveled using self-leveling cement compound.

Tip: Subfloor dampness must be below 4.5% before installation.

02. Adhesive Application

Spread high-grade acrylic water-based adhesive uniformly across the floor using a notched trowel.

Tip: Wait 10-15 minutes for the adhesive to get tacky before laying planks.

03. Laying & Compacting

Align and lay the GoFloor vinyl planks side-by-side. Compact them tightly using a floor roller.

Tip: Stagger the joints in a random or brick pattern for the best natural look.

04. Skirting Profile Fitting

Install matching PVC skirtings along wall bases to cover gaps, locking in a professional finish.

Tip: Nail or glue PVC skirtings to walls, never directly to the vinyl planks.
