Unlike standard PVC or galvanized zinc, ASA is exceptionally resistant to solar radiation, environmental weathering, and chemical corrosion from ocean breezes. It acts as a mirror, reflecting high-frequency infrared sun rays.

The Mid-Layer Insulation Core

Beneath the ASA shield lies a reinforced composite core containing micro-cellular structure voids. These voids serve as a natural barrier to thermal conduction, lowering indoor heat levels. Sound dampening tests indicate that rain impact noise is reduced by up to 30 decibels compared to thin zinc sheets, giving you peaceful nights during monsoon periods.
